Information on the negotiated procedure without prior publication of notice on procurement
In accordance with Article 28, paragraph 4. of the Law on Public Procurement, the Ministry of Finance and Treasury hereby announces information on negotiated procedure for procurement of a service-technical support services for maintaining Oracle licences with bidder Oracle BH d.o.o. Sarajevo in accordance with Article 21, paragraph 1, point c) of the Law on Public Procurement.
